Hello Awaken Fans,
Some good news as everyone slowly winds our way back to normal. In fact, many haunted attractions had successful openings around the state last weekend. It sounds like they had all of the proper Covid protocols in place and were able to bring their guests inside (with masks and social distancing) for some great scares. We’ve heard of no issues, and think most people enjoyed themselves. These are all good things.
As for Awaken, we are still planning to open for the 2020 season.
At Awaken, we have plenty of space to accommodate our guests and keep them safe. Mask requirements, outside lines, spacing between guests, cleaning stations, limited occupancy, regular cleanings, best practices for actors and other procedures will be expected throughout the season. If and when we open, we are determined to do so safely.
Our tentative opening date is Friday, October 2nd.
Our Awaken 2020 Tentative Schedule:
Typically, we’re open 20+ days during a normal haunt season, but this year we’re slimming our schedule down due to Covid. So, we’re looking at 11 fear-filled open days for Awaken this 2020 Halloween season, and here they are:

The Latest:
Sneak Peak at This Year’s Build
It wouldn’t be an Awaken Haunt season without new scares @ Awaken.
Along with a number of smaller, exciting updates both inside and out, there’s a couple of bigger new scenes on the way. One big project has been a reworked design of a large section of the interior. We won’t give too much away, but use your imagination when you see our unfinished scenes below.

Okay, you can’t really see much, but isn’t that the point?
We’ve also reworked our extremely popular outdoor section in parts, which we think you and your friends are going to love!
