Celebrity weekend with Doug Tait has come and gone, and we’re flying past the midway point of the Halloween season. This Thursday, October 19th we’ve got our Behind the Screams event for those of you who are big haunt and horror enthusiasts. Get a non-actor behind the scenes tour of Awaken! Then, we’ve got our regular full weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) of Awaken-style fun and excitement!

Behind The Screams - Thursday, October 19th
Join us for a night of scares, stares and secrets. Behind-the-Screams is back! An exclusive, intimate look at Awaken with no actors, as you're guided through Awaken’s horror movie quality sets by the creators of Awaken. Again, this is a no actor guided tour for real horror aficionados. (Hurry, Limited Tickets Available!)

Awaken is not for the faint of heart! Mid-Michigan's scariest haunted attraction is doubling down on fright this year. Headed by creative designer Brian McVay, our creators have years of experience in the haunt and design world.
Through our progression of professional sets, you can expect amazing scenes, unexpected scares, movie-set quality props, twists and turns, cool attractions and more. Our highly skilled actors work within this framework to provide a terrifying, one-of-a-kind horror experience that is extremely serious and extremely scary. Haunt enthusiasts will love it!
Doug Tait “The Creature Man” and Wife Isabel Cueva Wow the Awaken Crowd!
Actor and director Douglas Tait who has played both Jason Voorhees and Michael Myers (and a ton of other great roles!) appeared @ Awaken last weekend to a packed crowd. His actor and director wife, Isabel Cueva, also joined in the fun bringing a ton of added excitement to our audience of horror fans!
Douglas Tait, hailing from Los Angeles, discovered his passion for acting and filmmaking during his grade school years, creating scary short films recorded on VHS tapes. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of collaborating with some of the industry's top directors in both film and television.
Tait and Cueva are excited about their upcoming film "Angel Baby” coming out this October, and look forward to directing future projects. The Awaken crowd was able to get a first look at the trailer for this upcoming supernatural, psychological thriller and discuss the making of this film with the creators. We can’t wait for the film to come out later this year, so be sure to check it out.

Then, as the sun wanes, and the night begins, get first in line for Awaken’s highly rated haunt experience. Enter in smaller groups for your own unique experience, and get ready for some good times and terror. You’ll laugh, scream and cry with fun as your group ventures through our highly rated Awaken Haunted Attraction!

We’re Easy to Find
Located 20 minutes south of Lansing and 12 minutes north of Jackson, directly off highway 127, we’re an easy drive for south central Michigan, northern Ohio and northern Indiana.

Corporate and custom packages are available for parties of minimum 25 people up to max 60. We can customize a plan or party for any sized company or customer segment to meet your individual needs with advance notice. Private tents and/or catering are available on request ( additional charges may apply)
In order to accommodate your needs, we require that tickets for large groups and custom events be purchased at least one (2) week in advance.
An Exclusive Experience for You and Your Friends!
Enjoy a premier exclusive experience at Awaken with you and your friends and officemates as ONLY YOUR GROUP is allowed to book our party room per open night during the Halloween season and/or special off-season events open to the public. Groups must be between 25 and 60 guests (larger groups can also be accommodated by contacting us awakenhaunt@gmail.com
Your group will arrive at Awakens Party Room between 5pm and 7pm and our Awaken party room is available to you exclusively for that time. If setup is needed, early entry is available at 4pm. Have fun playing our virtual pinball / arcade game, with over 900 games or try out our 5-minute escape room, taking photo ops with friends, browsing out Creepcessions, checking out our exhibits and just hanging out. We provide a 100" movie projection screen and two video screens with your company logo or event name. We also have a Audio system more music streaming along with a mic for announcements. Inside the Party room you can bring any type of drinks and food and party with your friends or co-workers.
Finally, at 7pm the lights go down and your group gets first in line for Awaken’s highly rated haunt experience. Enter in smaller groups for your own unique experience, and get ready for some good times and terror. You’ll laugh, scream and cry with fun as your group ventures through our highly rated Awaken Haunted Attraction!
