Tony Moran, the original Michael Myers returns to Awaken!
Hello Awaken Fans!
I can’t believe we’re almost halfway through October! The big news this week is that the original Michael Myers, Tony Moran, will make his second appearance @ Awaken this weekend on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. His first appearance was in our second year, 2017, and this year’s visit coincides with the release of the latest Halloween movie “Halloween Kills”. Tony will be sure to bring a lot of energy, excitement and fun!
That, of course, means we will be open for our first Sunday of the season. Sundays are typically less busy than our Fridays and Saturdays, so you may want to keep that in mind. Whatever day you choose, we expect you to have a great time!

Michael Myers Live and In-Person @ Awaken!
The original Michael Myers, actor Tony Moran, is visiting Awaken this weekend!
Tony will be appearing @ Awaken Friday, October 15th, Saturday October 16th and Sunday, October 17th. Bring your Michael Myers masks and other Halloween memorabilia for Tony to sign*, take some fun photos, and venture through Awaken for an incredible Halloween experience.
You must purchase a ticket to Awaken to meet Tony. Our Awaken Ambassadors will be given special exclusive early access to the meet and greet with Tony from 6-7pm on Saturday while our doors will open and a regular timed meet and greet with Tony will be open to the general public at 7pm.

Some of you may remember that Tony visited Awaken for two nights back in 2017. Those were some fun and crazy days, and we expect more of the same this time around. So, if you love Awaken and love the Halloween movie franchise, you won’t want to miss this exciting weekend!
FAQ About the Tony Moran Visit
IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO MEET TONY MORAN AT AWAKEN THIS WEEKEND, READ THIS! Tony Moran, aka Michael Myers, will be at Awaken Friday 10/15 through Sunday 10/17! We've had a ton of questions about how to meet Tony, so here are some of our common answers!
Tony will be available for meet & greet on THREE NIGHTS! Friday 10/15, Saturday 10/16 and Sunday 10/17. We are expecting massive crowds, so be prepared for longer-than-usual wait times.
Your purchase of a General Admission or Fast Pass ticket to the haunt INCLUDES meeting Tony Moran! You will wait in line to go through the haunt, then get into line to meet Tony after. If you would like to meet Tony but do not wish to go through the haunt, you still have to purchase a ticket.
The difference between General Admission and Fast Pass is your wait time. The Fast Pass ticket gets you into the much shorter line to go through the haunt. However, the Fast Pass status only applies the haunt - there is one line to meet Tony and your Fast Pass ticket does not get you to the front of his line. Autographs and photos will be available for purchase directly through Tony - he sets his own prices and is not affiliated with the haunt.

When you arrive, you will get in line at our outdoor ticket booth. There will be one for online purchases, where we verify your purchase and you pick up your actual ticket. You can also purchase a ticket with cash in that line. There will be a separate line for at-the-door credit card purchases. Once you have your tickets, you will enter the tent and get into the General Admission or Fast Pass line.
Our Ambassadors get early entry on Saturday 10/16 at 6pm. Be sure to bring your badges and your tickets, as these allow you to enter!
You may bring items for Tony to sign, but remember that you have to carry them through the haunt with you.
We do not have a place to store them for you, and there is no re-entry allowed once you have exited the building. Tony does charge for each item signed, so keep that in mind when bringing items to be autographed. For the safety of our patrons, metal weapons (butcher knives, etc) WILL NOT be allowed inside the building. Also, we do not allow costumes, costume style masks, or any makeup/face paint that obscures your face. Awaken is not responsible for any lost or damaged items brought into the building.
Stop by the bathroom before heading into the building. Once inside, it will be very difficult to navigate through the crowds and it may cause you to lose your place in line. Also, party responsibly! Patrons who have partied a little too hard will be asked to leave, for the safety of our actors and yourselves!

Oats Studios, Streaming on Netflix now
Oats Studios is a collection of short films from the mind of Neill Blomkamp (District 9) that have been around for awhile. While some of the films may lack in story (run time varies from 4-26 minutes), they make up for with amazing setting and cool imagination. A mix of sci-fi and horror, they are definitely worth a look. Read more.
Halloween Kills, October 15
We, of course, have to mention Halloween Kills. You thought Michael Myers was done for after being left burning in a cage in Laurie’s basement? Have you seen a Michael Myers movie before? Of course, Michael isn’t going to let a little fire stop him from another murderous rampage. This time, however, Laurie’s had enough. Gathering members of the town and past survivors of Michael’s violence, they vow to put an end to Michael once and for all. Will it be enough? Read more.
