Hello Awaken Fans,
Our annual Love Bites Valentine’s Day event is all set for Saturday, February 13th!
This will be our 3rd annual Valentine’s themed event, and we hope it’s just as fun as the previous two. What better way to break up a dreary Michigan February than with an exciting trip through Awaken?
So, please join us for a night of lost loves, tragic endings, and dark scary secrets! You don’t need a date for this Valentine event, but we strongly recommend that you don’t come alone. You and your group will be provided one flashlight as Awaken turns down the lights to pure black*.
Yes, you heard right...one flashlight to travel into the depths of our horror-filled haunt. This means the corners will be darker, the shadows deeper and the fun and scares even scarier. Your imagination will run wild for this fun, exciting and terror filled Valentine’s Day event!
This is a super fun and exciting night of fright and fun that you and your friends won't soon forget!
*For the fact checkers, there will technically be a few areas that will have some light, like our 3D maze and laser swamp.

Improvements on the Way for 2021 Season
With the uncertainty of whether Awaken would open or not last fall, many new projects were shelved until now. And, while last season, we did manage some updates and cool new scenes, we have a lot more on our plate for the fall of 2021. In fact, we plan on making more new changes, scenes and other improvements than ever before!
So, we’re excited for the coming season, and we hope you are too!
Look for some sneak peaks in the coming months, and we would love to hear your feedback. Of course, we can’t reveal everything but look for additional scares, special exhibits and more this fall. We can’t wait for you to visit!

This one sounds different. In this case, different might be because it’s kind of a family style horror/alien movie . A young brother and sister resurrect an ancient alien imprisoned on Earth millions of years ago. The children use are able to use a magical amulet to control the alien and, as kids might do, decide to have him do all sorts of childish things and obey their commands. It isn’t long before other galactic entities discover the awakening and descend on Earth themselves. Read more.

A group of friends traveling the Appalachian Trail find themselves in uncertain territory when they stumble into a group called ‘The Foundation’. These mountain folk aren’t exactly welcoming to out of town visitors. Read more.
